Welcome!

I love teaching introductory coding and electronics classes, and my goal is to make them fun, engaging, and full of laughter. I want students to walk away excited to keep learning on their own, because the most passionate and transformative learning happens outside the classroom. My classes are meant to be a gateway into that world of creativity and curiosity.

I currently teach at Noisebridge and The MADE, and I’ve also taught at the Oakland Public Library and the David E. Glover Education & Technology Center.

My main project is ElectroBlocks, a drag-and-drop interface that helps students write Arduino code without needing to learn C first. It’s like video editing—but for code. I’m collaborating with the Indian Institute of Technology to make ElectroBlocks even better and to bring hands-on electronics education to more people around the world.

Interested in Classes or Collaborations?

If you’d like to talk about teaching opportunities, workshops, or collaborating on hands-on learning experiences, I’d love to hear from you.
